Thirty kilometers from the sea, at a 400 meters height, Riserva Privata San Settimio started in the Sixties as a farming estate. Old cultivations have been carefully preserved: 400 olive trees produce quality scented oil, the well kept garden gives fresh vegetables every day. From the cultivated fields comes organic food and hay for the horses, and a small pig farming gives tasty ham and other typical cold meat (salami, prosciutto crudo, bacon).
In the 400 hectares reserve there are also woods and Mediterranean brush for walks, trekking, horse riding, all-terrain and quad excursions looking for the refuges scattered in the territory, a congress center, a spa, a tennis court, a pool with a summer restaurant, a horse riding stable, a playground and the Padiglione restaurant.
